“I came to grab a few things in the pharmacy and was not expecting how amazing the gift shop was inside. There are so many adorable gifts from personal items, to home decor, to stationery. Amy was so personable and helpful. She knew the shop inside and out, and has really been thoughtful in her selection of products. You know it’s a good shop when you feel like you’re at home. Amazing customer service and a wonderful selection. Highly recommend!”

“There has aways been something warm and welcoming about walking into a family owned pharmacy. The Harbin Discount Pharmacy is located in the heart of Crestline and it is something spectacular. It is not just a pharmacy they have some beauty items, some home decor and most importantly they have some of the nicest people working here. This is a feel good type of business. You are not only supporting a family owned and operated business, but you are getting the customer service that you would not typically get if you were at a CVS or other generic pharmacy around. Pharmacists who will take the time to explain exactly what the prescriptions are and how you will feel when taking them, also what do do if any of the sid effects make you feel a little wonky. I think I might have to make the switch to a family owned pharmacy, rather then fielding my money into others like CVS or Walgreens. You feel better and better taken care of at the family owned anyway.”

“I love this pharmacy. They know who you are, care about you, and are good people. It's a smaller local pharmacy, but they give great customer service and have nicer products like colognes than a bigger nationwide pharmacy chain.”

“Great service at this location. They were able to fill a rare prescription for me and the pharmacist even saved me hundreds of dollars by recommending a coupon that was available. My only complaint is in regards to Google maps. The Google navigation leads you to the rear of the building which is just a white block wall with no signs or entrance. The store is only accessable on the opposite side, which is kinda hard to find based on where Google leads you. If you're having a hard time finding it, block around to the other side or cut through the strip mall parking lot to the left of the big block wall.”
