Buckle up for endless frustration if your employer sticks you with this train wreck of a business. Every prescription is denied or requires a prior authorization. I had ExpressScripts for years and had zero issues.

I’m in desperate need of need of a specialty medication (biologic) and they won’t approve it. I’ve been on it for a few years and this new company I’ve never worked with has made me wait now 5 months while fighting with them to have any quality of life.

This place is just to deny, delay your prescription. They just try to see how little they can do to get you the prescription your doctor prescribed. They are in the business of killing people by denying medication. Call the CEO on his cellphone to get your meds.
