Sheraton Birmingham Hotel is situated in a prime location, conveniently close to the BJCC and a variety of restaurants and bars within walking distance. The hotel features friendly staff and maintains a clean environment, though the quality of the rooms can vary. Some guests reported that their rooms appeared outdated and were not well-maintained, indicating a need for better management and staffing. The hotel offers a range of amenities, including Jr Executive Suites suitable for small meetings. However, guests noted a lack of microwaves in the rooms and found the mini-fridges to be small. Valet prices have increased, and breakfast options, although available as early as 6:00 AM, are considered basic and somewhat pricey. While the hotel is generally safe and provides easy access to nearby attractions, guests should be aware of potential noise from the highway and the lengthy walk from the parking garage to the hotel. Overall, the Sheraton Birmingham Hotel offers a mixed experience, with some positive aspects and areas needing improvement.
The service at this hotel is incredible - the best experience I have had in a long time. Top notch service and kindness provided by the staff from the front desk, to the coffee bar, to room service, to the bar, etc. Rooms were very clean and comfortable.
