Alex and Andrew are wonderful! Alex has spent hours taking care of an issue that has been going on for two and a half months. I do not think it would have been resolved if it were not for her diligence in the matter. I am so grateful for both of them. They both display outstanding customer service!

Extremely helpful staff. I wonder how the staff can have so much knowledge in their minds or at hand. Some of the best technical expertise I've ever dealt with in any type of business. Kudos to all the staff and tech support!

Today after work, I stopped at Spectrum I’m Montclair Road in Birmingham. The customer service was over the top, and the lady who helped me her name is Sid, great service. I wish other people that worked with the public would have the same attitude as she has.
