“Outstanding, I had an air bag go out on my trailer. They diagnosed the problem in the parking lot. They found the part across town & I bobtailed over and picked it up. They had the old one off by the time I got back, it was installed by the time I finished paying. I made my appt in Birmingham when no one thought it was possible. Nowhere else can you get that kind of service.”

“One of the best convience store/gas stations I've ever been to at the Dodge City Jasper exit off I-65 before going to a lake house right at Smith Lake which is Southwest of Cullman that we used to visit and spend the night at for many years and I recommend it!”

Especially the quesadilla and burritos are better than fast food places around here. They are about to be making pizza from scratch to. I highly recommend thus place and their food for sure”

“We stopped in here for some gasoline use the restroom get some snacks for the road because we went on a big old road trip. This is a nice clean establishment on the inside at a lot of things you can buy restrooms were in good shape can't complain”
“Great place to get a bite near Smith Lake. I've tried breakfast, lunch, and dinner here and been happy with all the choices. I really like that during the weekdays they have a lunch special that is usually a meat, veggies, and dessert. Prices are really reasonable. If you go during a busy time, you may have a wait a minute, but well worth it.”

“Extremely nice travel center, one of the best that I have ever visited, very organized and extremely clean.I was surprised by the size of the center. It has a lot of great accommodations for the professional truck drivers.The convenience store is immense with so many products to choose from.The food court offers Dunkin Donuts, Burger King, and Pappa John's Pizza, along with locally sourced fresh fudge and in-store made candied nuts.They offer a pet washing station, the 1st I have ever seen in any truck stop.A selection of high-end mattresses for your truck and mobile refrigerators too.”

“Very good service station and convenience store. Prices are moderate; coffee is always on and good. Most of the employees that work there are friendly but you know how that goes… Stay away from the McDonald inside, you’d be better off eating the grass in the median of I-65… YUCK!”

“Good product. Good people, good prices. People were complaining about restrooms not being open. They don't realize that the station uses septic tanks and also the drain piping goes through a cement floor which must be broken up to get to the pipes.”

“Conveniently located just off I-65, Jack's appears to have been recently renovated. Clean, bright interior. Clean restrooms. Lots of choices of snacks from drinks to hot pizza and a big coffee service area. (The displays reminded my wife of a smaller version of Buc-Ee's.) Very polite clerks and staff. Good gas prices. Plenty of room for cars and trucks... and plenty of services (showers, lounge, etc) for truckers.”

“Facility is old and worn down but they're keeping it clean and the employees are pleasant. They have pizza and standard convenience store goodies. The truck parking lot has some deep scary craters but it's navigable and there's a good amount of parking space.”

“The owner has not fired all local employees as one person has commented. One employee lives not five minutes from the store, I myself dont live in the area, but grew up around the area and my great- grandparents owned the original (the very first)Bugtussle store. The other employee is also from the area! We open at 5am-9pm Mon- Fri, 6am-9pm Saturday, 7am-9pm on Sunday! We are a great, country store with a family feel! We are family! Currently updating store, so stop by!”
