“Eat here, get gas. I stopped at this Marathon while passing through town, and I have to say I was pleasantly surprised. From the outside, it looked like your typical gas station. But once I went inside, it was clear this place puts in the effort to be more than average.
The store was clean, well-lit, and easy to navigate. There were no strange smells or messy shelves. The bathrooms were spotless, which is always a welcome surprise when you are traveling. You can tell someone takes pride in keeping this place up.
The woman behind the counter greeted me with a real smile and asked if I needed help finding anything. I ended up grabbing a hot coffee and a breakfast sandwich, and both were better than I expected. They also had a great selection of snacks and drinks, including some healthier choices like fruit cups and protein bars.
Gas prices were fair for the area. All the pumps worked, and they had clean squeegees and full windshield cleaner buckets. There was also an air station for tires and a vacuum area on the side of the lot.
Overall, this Marathon is a great stop whether you are local or just passing through. Clean, friendly, and dependable. I would absolutely stop here again.”

Especially the quesadilla and burritos are better than fast food places around here. They are about to be making pizza from scratch to. I highly recommend thus place and their food for sure”

“Great staff member! I was traveling to visit my daughter and grandbaby in my motorhome pulling a car on a car dolly and was having trouble with my tiedown straps. The employee expressed her sympathy and was more than gracious. She allowed me to park along the side until i got everything fixed. I will definitely be stopping here every month when i drive through here. Highly recommend.”

“Extremely nice travel center, one of the best that I have ever visited, very organized and extremely clean.I was surprised by the size of the center. It has a lot of great accommodations for the professional truck drivers.The convenience store is immense with so many products to choose from.The food court offers Dunkin Donuts, Burger King, and Pappa John's Pizza, along with locally sourced fresh fudge and in-store made candied nuts.They offer a pet washing station, the 1st I have ever seen in any truck stop.A selection of high-end mattresses for your truck and mobile refrigerators too.”

“Apparently this is the only Chevron I have even been too that puts a fake gas price in the big sign with another sign on the pump saying the big sign is not right. Whatever.
Did print a receipt which I appreciate.
No window squeegee. Pumps dirty and handles also dirty. No gas gloves.”

“The Shell at the Hanceville/Colony exit is a great gas station to stop at to fuel up. It has its pro’s and con’s though. As for the store it’s a 5 star store. They are like a mini truck stop. There open 24 hours a day and their store inventory is huge. There’s plenty of parking for over the road trucks and normal parking for your normal commuter. Plus there’s a truck wash shop right next to it. As for the staff I give them a 4 star. They have never really been friendly to me the times I’ve stopped there. So for the store I say 5 star but the staff is a 4 star.”

“The owner has not fired all local employees as one person has commented. One employee lives not five minutes from the store, I myself dont live in the area, but grew up around the area and my great- grandparents owned the original (the very first)Bugtussle store. The other employee is also from the area! We open at 5am-9pm Mon- Fri, 6am-9pm Saturday, 7am-9pm on Sunday! We are a great, country store with a family feel! We are family! Currently updating store, so stop by!”
