“The service was ABSOLUTELY IMPECCABLE! My truck would not start when I got in to go to work. I got a jump off, made it to O'Reilly. I was thinking I would have to get another battery. The Mgr, whose name I did not get, but will go back to do so. He and the associate working with him were so nice. He came out and checked my battery and alternator. Checked and cleaned my battery cables, inside and out. I have had no more problems.

“On route from Chicago,IL to Destin,Fl our battery and alternator failed us. With 3 small kids in the backseat and a broken down car we had really lost hope and it was just beginning of our vacation. “Didn't have what I needed, but the staff was helpful. Prices are okay. Location is good right off the main road, big parking lot. They do accept the car care credit cards here. Typical auto parts store. No bolt cutters are available here. Easy to find.”
