“I’m very grateful for the above and beyond service that I received from the Trussville O’Reily’s this morning. My son had purchased a battery from the Irondale O’Reily’s on Monday morning. He was told they could not install the battery until later in the afternoon because they was short staffed. Unfortunately, that timing didn’t work, we both start work at the time they said they could install the battery. I called back a day later to see if they could do it earlier and was again told no, not until later. Then my son when by again today and was told the same thing. No other shop would install the battery bc we had not purchased the battery from them. I decided to call another O’Reily’s to see if they could help. I reached Roy, @ the Trussville store and he spoke with his manager, Justin and they came up with a plan of action. I followed their instructions & return the battery to the Irondale store and went & purchased the battery from the Trussville store. Roy installed our new battery and Justine gave us great service. We had already decided to start using the Trussville store before we even got to the store. They proved to us that, that was the right decision. Thank you.”
“I like this O’Reillys better than the one near my house because the guys working the counter always treat me with respect and are very friendly and knowledgeable. Had an issue with some locked lugs and they were able to point me in the direction of the tools I needed and I got it squared away. Will definitely visit this location if I ever need anything again. “I was in dire need of an oil change and needed to get it done next door at the Honda dealership. After completion , my check engine indicator appeared . Circling back to the last known service location ( Honda ) I was told that it wasn’t a problem on their end.
I asked if I could get a diagnosis and they said it would be $200, just to see what was wrong .
If I would’ve been naive , I would have paid that. Luckily the kind workers at O’Reily next door assisted me and were more than willing to assist . Thank you , made my weekend better and saved me a bill.”

“Traveling up I-65 from Gulf Shores back to Nashville the dreaded RED battery light came on the minivan. We pulled off at the next exit and found O'Reilly just a half mile down the road. Timothy came out and checked our battery and our alternator. Yep, the alternator is bad. He then went into the store and he and his associate John called three places close by asking if they could take care of us today. Yes, Lance at Files can. Not only did they find me a shop that could take care of us same-day, Timothy then escorted us to Files Tire Shop to make sure we got there safely. This is over and above customer care! Thank you Timothy and John for LITERALLY going the extra mile to get us taken care of and give us piece of mind. THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU!”
“I was on the way to visit my family over in Huntsville. On the way there, I stopped for gas at the Fultondale Exon. When I drove off my battery light came on and it was an inconvenience because it started raining outside. The car shut off and it would not crank up anymore, so I walked over to the Fultondale O’Reily and inside, Venancio was extremely helpful and patient, explaining to me all the different kinds of batteries and helped me find the one that would work for my vehicle. Before leaving, to top off the experience, Venancio made sure to run a battery, alternator and starter test for my car; very thorough. Very professional, great service, definitely would recommend to anyone in a tight spot like me.”
“Great service! I live in Montgomery but was up in the area to drop someone off at the airport. My car was acting funny, and I couldn't make it back home. I walked in and they were nice to run the code, and it turned out something was up with one of my ignition coils. The Manager Terrance kindly fixed the problem, and with an older car it wasn't an easy task. Both Terrance and his employees there were so kind to me, made me feel safe and made sure that I was able to make it back home. I could not be more grateful!”
