“Brad took care of me when I came in to get my oil change and to see if I needed new tires on my fleet vehicle. He found out that the company who replaced my last set of tires (not Express Oil) did not sell me the right tires based on my speed rate. Those tires only lasted around 30,000 miles. He ordered the tires that I needed, and I’m very grateful that he found that bit of information. My company would have been very angry knowing that I was having to replace my tires every 30,000 miles if he wouldn’t have found that out.”

“I broke down around 5 am this morning in Chelsea, AL. After learning it was my tensioner pulley and serpentine belt, I called for Kings Boyz Towing, which I waited almost 5 hours. Then I started looking for auto shops. I found 280 Auto Service on Google, and called them as soon as they opened at 8 am. The guys were totally amazing. I explained my situation to them and they said they could get me taken care of as soon as I could get to them. By the time the tow truck got me to the shop, the shop had already ordered the parts for my Sorento, and they immediately put her on the rack. By the time I walked to the Burger King two doors down, ate a quick lunch and walked back the mechanic was just getting back from doing a test drive. Then he rechecked everything to make sure there was no leaks, and even checked my oil for me knowing I had to make a 450 mile drive home. In all my years, I have never been treated with such respect, professionalism, and speed by a mechanic. Most mechanics think women know nothing about a vehicle, but that wasn't the case here. I would recommend these guys to everyone, especially women. They are good, fast and fairly priced. The most expensive part was the tensioner, KIA is proud of their parts. They were worth every penny I spent. And thanks to these guys, I made it home safely to my family before 11 pm, after stopping for a cat nap on the way home. It wouldn't have been possible if it wasn't for the service I received from the guys at 280 Auto Service.”
