“I have been coming to this Express Oil location for several years. The employees are always friendly, knowledge and efficient. Kenneth has serviced my car several times. He notified me of an oil leak at my previous visit. I took my car to the dealership and sure enough I had a faulty oil gasket that was replaced under warranty.
I had my oil changed yesterday. Seth did an excellent job performing the service. I will be returning to this location for future oil changes.”

“I actually have two people I'd like to thank for my positive experiences at King Acura!
First, my sales consultant, James Claborn whom I've had the pleasure of buying two cars with. Not to sound cliche', but this man goes above and beyond. Both negotiations/purchases were made over the phone, which took away the need to spend the whole day at the dealership. The first car he then delivered to me and had the paperwork with hm to sign. The second car, he met me halfway!
Next, Ronda Locke who is the Customer Relations Manager. I had an issue with the ADX I purchased that was difficult to prove was a warranty issue. I knew it was, it was just hard to prove with the service department. I reached out to James when I wasn't getting anywhere with service (no fault of their own) and James put me in touch with Ronda.
To summarize that experience, I will say that Ronda was extremely kind and professional and wasted NO TIME resolving my issue through Acura. Her communication and follow through was something you don't see much in this fast paced world and I cannot thank her enough for not only solving my issue, but making the whole situation easy.
If you're looking to purchase an Acura, I truly believe you will have no regrets choosing this dealership! Ask for James if you want to make a wonderful friend along with your new car!”
