He notified me of an oil leak at my previous visit. I took my car to the dealership and sure enough I had a faulty oil gasket that was replaced under warranty.

“Let me tell YOU… I had the BEST experience here at the Galleria PepBoys! I had some issues so I went with the Pelham location first. Well when I left my issues weren’t taken care of and getting progressively worse. I’m from out of state (PA) and driving 13 hours back was a very rough ride home.. with the same issue I’m back here and decided to go to the Galleria Pep Boys and ALIX FIXED my issue! “I could not have asked for a better experience. I don’t live anywhere near this location but had to bring my truck here because the Firestone location near my home royally screwed up my balance and made it way worse than it was when I brought it in. Even after three tries, it was still terrible. This location has the needed road-force balance machine, so I brought it to them. Ryan and Ash handled everything and got my truck back on the road without any issues. I will be making the drive to this location for all future service. They truly do excellent work.”
