“I had a wonderful experience this afternoon. Michael and Melia were truly exceptional. I came in to pick up prescriptions for a recent injury, only to find the cost was higher than expected—and I didn’t have my debit card with me. Michael handled the situation with genuine kindness and respect, never making me feel embarrassed. He even took the time to help me find a more affordable option. Melia was just as compassionate—she spoke to me with such warmth that it felt like a friend was looking out for me. What surprised me most was learning my NSAID prescription would be $52. I was prepared to leave and come back later, but they suggested an over-the-counter alternative instead, which made a huge difference. Not everyone would go out of their way like that, and I’m incredibly grateful they did. It’s reassuring to know there are still genuinely kind people out there—and they work at Chelsea Publix Pharmacy.”

“I went to Chelsea Apothecary after Walgreens treated me very poorly. As soon as I walked in the door at Chelsea Apothecary, I asked Jeff if he could fill our prescription the same night and he immediately said “That’s why we’re open”. Jeff treated me like I had known him my whole life. He took care of me and I will be taking my business here from now on.”
