“These guys are awesome, they really helped me out. I hit a curb and then realized it was a storm drain?. They stuck with the quote even after realizing the damage was worse than they originally thought, got me a tire and new wheel (which i wasn’t expecting). It took a little longer than I thought but I understand. An associate of mine recommended them and I’m glad I listened, I have other cars so I’ll be back.”

“I went there for the first time on 10/13/25 to get a front alignment done on my 1998 F150 XLT. The 30 minute drive there from where I live in Centreville was worth it!
I was there for about an hour while they worked on the truck. The workers are friendly and down to earth. Their waiting room / office was nicely decorated with Halloween decorations!
It is nice having my front end realigned. My steering wheel is straight and no longer cocked to the right.
They do charge 4% when using a debit/credit card. The alignment ended up being $124.80! In the future if any of our vehicles need alignments this is the first place we’re go!”

“Tortorici Automotive did an amazing job on a large repair, replacing my fuel tank and exhaust. Mr. Tortorici was helpful, professional and kept us informed of parts ordering and the overall project status as my vehicle was repaired. “We first went to pepboys and they told us to fix my brother's window wipers and they said it was going to be 1200 so we decided to go look around at repair shops well we seen 2 and they both dont do window wipers and they both said check Tech one Auto repair shop probably does. so we went and he came right away we didn't tell him about our experience at pepboys and he looked at the window wipers and it was just the bolts they needed to be Tighten right that's all it took and he told us Merry Christmas have nice day he didnt want nothing! how nice and sweet he was we just wanted Acknowledge him and say thank you we appreciate it ? “I had my vehicle towed there on Saturday afternoon and they rebuilt the transmission in 9 days. The office communicated throughout and the repair cost was exactly as quoted. Upon pick up, they explained what happened to it, why and what they changed to prevent this again. Warranty is documented on the invoice, 1 year and 12000 miles. Best in town as far as I'm concerned.”

“Called to see if they could fix the bumper on my 2020 Corolla from popping out. I’m not sure who I talked to on the phone but he welcomed me in, asked to see my keys, and within 5 minutes as I sat in the office, he had my car back to me for no charge. I will be back to them when I need the rest of my bodywork done, other body shops in the area wanted to replace my bumper and this guy fixed it for free.”

“Service was good and complete. I had an appointment for my 40,000 mile service. it still took about an hour and a half to get done. I set up the service online and opted to use my GM points to pay. When checking out I found out, setting it up to pay with points online would not go through and they had too manually do it. Seems GM need some better online services improvements that actually work.”

“My only regret about this place is that I'm not closer to it! My experience with Jake was short but sweet. I was heading home to Michigan when almost every light on my dashboard came on, it was still running but still I was obviously concerned. I stopped at a nearby station crawled under it and didn't saw anything noticeably wrong. Google repair shops nearby and he was the closest to my location and reviewed very well but I take that with a grain of salt. As I'm driving to the place one thing struck me odd, it was off the beaten path which made me think, his popularity must have been word of mouth, which is the best advertising! His shop was busy!, so much so he wouldn't have been able to fix my truck that day. So he test drove my truck, crawled underneath it, hooked up is scanner, and also looked under the hood. He gave me some suggestions and let me know it is safe to drive, which was good because I had almost 800 miles to go! Oh yeah did not charge me a dime! Jake i just want to say thank you it was a pleasure meeting you. I did make it back safely although when I turn my wheel hard to the right I get like a grinding noise I think on drivers side front. Anyway thanks for everything.”
