“This is literally the closest place to Dauphin Island buy diesel fuel. Thankfully they do have it. Advice to the owner make a large sign that says last diesel stop and business should increase. For the life of me I can't wrap my head around the island not having diesel. All those diesel trucks that pull boats, campers, and those large boats that run on diesel and not a diesel pump on the island. Not even at the marina.?”
“Been going there for years and I have never had any issues with customer service. Only issue I have is they close before I get off work. Wish they'd atleast stay open til 10pm.”

“This is a great Dollar General. The cashiers and manager are always kind and helpful. The store is neat and clean. However, the outside lighting sucks. The Dollar General sign is out and has been out for sometime now. The big sign offers some lighting usually. Now at night the lighting is barely any AND there is no lighting from a street light or any lighting from across the street leaving the parking lot area dark and unsecure for not only the customers but the employees of Dollar General. Unless the lighting is fixed and we customers feel secure.. we will go some where else at night. Please get this lighting fixed.”

“We like this place because we have family west of us in Louisiana. The gas station in right at the interstate entrance. It is easy on-easy easy-off. The prices are comparable to the other gas stations in the area. There is s pump available right away almost every time we visit.”
“The best breakfast spot on the island for a biscuit sandwich. Reasonably priced, made fresh each morning, and open on Sundays.
Being closed on Sundays, like the majority of spot on this island, is an outdated tradition rooted in superstition. It's summer time, peak time for tourism.”

While I was there, the card readers went down, so several people had to leave the items or use cash. Fortunately, I had cash on me, so I was able to buy what I was going in for and not have to leave it.”
