If I could give him 100 STARS I would.”
“It’s a rare treat to get excited going to a grocery store, but this one is just that. The store is bright and clean and well stocked with everything. The aisles are wide enough to not be a one-way road. This is the largest Publix in this part of Alabama and there was nothing I could not find. Even some weird woman that had to squeeze every avocado found the six she needed. It was surreal. The store was bright and staff was everywhere to help. When the two lines of checkouts were full, a kind young man said he would check us through the express line since it was empty even though we had a few more than 10 items. We drove the extra miles for the organic products and they were everywhere. There was not an empty shelf anywhere. And ALL the staff were smiling and cordial…
We drove about an hour for the visit and it was worth the trip.”
“Went in to stock my freezer and was amazed by what they had in stock!! Couldnt be upset about the prices either because they were fair. Overall, the price I paid for everything I bought, Im happy and will be returning!”

“We recently saw a weekly ad on Facebook for this grocery store with some great deals on meat and had to check it out. We now go at least twice a month to get meat. Recently they had Boston butts for sale at $9.99/per, along with a 5 for 5 veggies, great frozen uncooked chicken patties or nuggets & always a good deal on ground beef and burgers. Great quality meat! (Pictured : scratch made beef stroganoff and fried chicken with roasted potatoes)”
“Enjoyed coming for years. No complaints. My sister, who is use to Rice Mine Rd Publix, shares a different opinion. The store is always clean, and employees help if I need it. The convinced of getting out quick is awesome! Not too long ago, they posted a sign saying they would match a nearby competitor's price. Found out from customer service yesterday that is no longer their policy. With Walmart Market Place opening directly in front, they may want to reconsider.”
“This store will close their doors for good on July 28th maybe even earlier than that and new tenant is already waiting for this store to close to subdivide this store to Aldi and not sure what the other tenant would be leasing the other half”

“Is a good place for shopping groceries, is cheaper and better in many items as somewhere else. Normally I go to ALDI Tuscaloosa but when I visit Lowes I enjoy it here a lot because more items and not so tied as in Tuscaloosa.”

“Winn Dixie on Hwy 69 is on my rotation of grocery stores. I like the deals on meats, BOGO offerings, convenient digital coupons, and the store is clean and organized. My only complaint is that I seem to keep catching sales tags that have expired their promotional period so when I purchase an item and review my receipt, it turns out I have paid full price.”
“Great prices, just absent on certain products. They have the majority of essentials. But I went in there One afternoon looking for under pads for my mother. And they don't Carry them. I find that kinda odd. I mean there are many women out there that need those. I had to go to dollar general to get that”
“If I could give this store 6 stars I would. Extremely friendly, helpful, and reasonably priced. Every employee has been incredibly kind. Likes always move quickly and the store is very clean. Honestly the best grocery store i’ve ever been to in my life. I love the Pig!”
“The experience was pretty good. I was able to find what I needed and those items I wanted quickly and was in and out in 20 minutes. Had I gone to the regular Walmart I'd be stuck in a long checkout line. If you need just grocery items, toiletries and a few pharmacy items, this is great. South Florida needs these.”
“The person who rang me up Sunday afternoon, I wish I had his name. He was sooo nice. He started checking me out and I wanted to add a 20 oz Sprite. He didn't point in the direction. He took me to the refrigerated 20 oz and said would you like regular or diet? Just an Angel. I feel like we are in a world where customer service is lost... “Today I stopped by for milk and was pleased to find many items I use there. My first time to visit. I will say many shelves were empty but it did seem to be extremely busy. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Ms. Renaie(spelling). She was welcoming, helpful, and a great asset to the store.”

“As an advocate for truckers I would hope the other reviews about this facility are untrue. But judging from my experience today, I can only say good things about them. I watched them get almost 10 truck in and out of there in an hour working with 3 docks. I was one of the 10 truckers in and out of there in an hour. These are competent, efficient, professionals, thanks Peco Foods, I’ll continue to haul for them!”
