I love living at The Atrium, and much of that is thanks to the staff. The maintenance is top notch and Jake is always so quick and willing to respond. He is kind, knowledgeable and efficient. His presence makes me feel safe and well cared for. The property is truly fortunate to have him—he’s a valuable asset. I’m very thankful to call this place home.”
“The customer service alone was enough. The office staff and maintenance have made my move so easy. Yes this is an older community but they have done a really great job of maintaining them and upgrading certain features as well. I just moved in and could not be happier. The community is so quiet. Valet trash picks up every evening. If you have dogs, you will love it here. They are absolutely pet friendly. There are lots of green areas to walk. Grande Pointe is a hidden gem for sure.”
“The maintenance crew have a lot of work, so everyone needs to be patient with them. They refilled my ac unit with Freon and it is cooling off the apartment so cool. They even made a second stop by to make sure it was cooling. Thank you so much for making my apartment livable again.”

“These are hands down the best apartment homes I’ve ever lived in! The apartments themselves are absolutely beautiful, and I never had any issues with anything during the 2 years I lived there. The entire team is so kind, helpful, and truly makes the community feel like a family. Anytime I needed something, they went above and beyond to help. Even after I moved out, I had a package accidentally delivered there, and they were so quick to help me get it back. That kind of care and customer service is hard to find! I can’t recommend this community enough — they truly set the standard for what great apartment living should be.”
