βWilliam and his team took great care of my 2012 Honda Accord. The headlight restoration has made such a big difference in my aging headlights. We also noticed a small damaged spot in my windshield and they fixed that for me too. Communication was great throughout the job and I had my car back sooner than the promised time. 10/10 experience at Bay Auto Glass!β
βI am completely pleased with my 2022 Tucson but recently the check engine light came on and I took it to Eastern Shore Hyundai for service. They repaired it (under warranty) but it was still running a little hot and I returned it twice. On the second time, I didn't even have to ask for a loaner car to drive. I have to give a shout out to Eric in the service department who always goes above and beyond to deliver great customer service. It is because of him and his manager, Sam, that I am a satisfied customer. Not only do they have a beautiful dealership but what matters is the service!β

βThey are one of the best technician i have ever see, I went there to replace the tensioner of my 2014 Lexus ES350. I forgot his name , the guy who have fixed that like his own car , he stand the full 3 hours to done this job , He is my grandfather age , i really respect him. I will highly suggest if any one have toyota , Lexus , or Honda brand Vehicle, you can go over there . I wish you would be so happy with their service. Also forgot to say they are reliable.β
βI wanted a louder exhaust so I gave them a call and they were very knowledgeable! They were willing to do a loud setup without making you doubt your self. They converted my single output to a dual , they had most of the parts at their shop. It looks and sounds real nice! I definitely recommend their shopβ

βIn April 2023, I purchased a CRV hybrid and could not be more pleased with this car. I have taken this CRV into the dealership in Daphne for all of its required maintenance and have been very pleased with the service work done there. In the last six months, I shopped around for a set of tires for this car and found that the dealership did indeed have a very competitive price. I subsequently purchased the tires from the dealership, and have had them handle the rotation of tires and all other maintenance.β

βAlthough it's never pleasant to spend a week's paycheck fixing a tire, the atmosphere was very nice and inviting and the employee named Blaine helped me navigate what was going on with my car for 2 days. He explained everything to me and was extremely professional and kind and I am very appreciative.β
βNew to the area and had a couple of coworkers speak highly about 64 auto. I needed to get my wifeβs car tuned and had a problem with the front axle. I called and scheduled an appointment to bring the car in. They diagnosed the problem and called with the price to fix it. It took a couple of days to fix but they were up front with me about that and called me as soon as they got done. Honest and fair service is all I ask for and thatβs what I got. I have 2 daughters that drive and my parent's just moved here so they will be OUR mechanic for anything that needs to be fixed on all 8 vehicles!!β
