“This was the best shopping experience I’ve had in such a long time at target. Yesterday Brandy was so super nice and took time to stop what she was doing to walk me to an item I needed, when we got to the section it was not there and she went to the back to find it for me. I needed two of the items but there was only one . She offered advice on a substitute, I ended up purchasing liking the substitute more!!”

“Much less of a review of the store and more of a review for an employee there. I didn’t catch her name (so sorry!!).
Shopping alone can feel super awkward because I’m neurodivergent. This was a rare time I decided to pop in. I was at the perfumes just smelling all of them. She was clearly busy and working hard, but she took the time to ask me if I needed any help and everything. She really made me feel less like a lonely weirdo. Even though I never told her my name and I never got hers, I really appreciate her kindness and initiative.
And I did actually buy this one! :) You never know how you can impact someone. And you just being you impacted me and I’m super grateful. Whatever your name may be, thank you!!
