My initial experience was challenging. After receiving an estimate that did not clearly detail everything included in the total, I asked for clarification. Unfortunately, the saleswoman, Carol, interpreted my questions as me trying to “shop” prices, which I found disappointing given my background in the industry and my desire simply to understand the scope of the proposal.

To the company’s credit, the owner stepped in personally, apologized for the misunderstanding, and ensured my concerns were addressed professionally. Once we moved past that hurdle, the experience became exceptional.

While the process had a rocky start, RichTex demonstrated integrity by addressing the issue directly and delivering an exceptional final result. I would confidently recommend them to anyone seeking quality custom window treatments and excellent craftsmanship. I will use them on all my future projects in the area.”
