My initial experience was challenging. After receiving an estimate that did not clearly detail everything included in the total, I asked for clarification. Unfortunately, the saleswoman, Carol, interpreted my questions as me trying to “shop” prices, which I found disappointing given my background in the industry and my desire simply to understand the scope of the proposal.
To the company’s credit, the owner stepped in personally, apologized for the misunderstanding, and ensured my concerns were addressed professionally. Once we moved past that hurdle, the experience became exceptional.
Elizabeth and Dan were outstanding throughout the process. Their expertise, attention to detail, and commitment to making sure everything was perfect made all the difference!!! The installation, led by Richard, was equally impressive. He was professional, meticulous, and took great pride in his work.
The finished draperies for my 5-bedroom home in Pensacola Beach are beautiful, and the quality of the workmanship is evident throughout. While the process had a rocky start, RichTex demonstrated integrity by addressing the issue directly and delivering an exceptional final result. I would confidently recommend them to anyone seeking quality custom window treatments and excellent craftsmanship. I will use them on all my future projects in the area.”

Yesterday Brandy was so super nice and took time to stop what she was doing to walk me to an item I needed, when we got to the section it was not there and she went to the back to find it for me. I needed two of the items but there was only one . She offered advice on a substitute, I ended up purchasing liking the substitute more!!”
