“I am biased, and this is a really great gas station. It is the old-school tradition where full-service is still done. One of only two in the entire River Region area, possibly even the entire State at this point. The staff is really great, knowledgeable, friendly, and always treats me kindly. Their prices are always comparable to local self-serve stations. They also offer FREE air for your tires. Try finding that anywhere anymore. If looking for a friendly place to establish a relationship and be treated as if you matter, do business at Herrod's. You won't be disappointed.”

“This place has a great selection of cbd's and he always cuts me a deal if I buy multiple items from him. I couldn't ask for better customer service from a gas station then from what I get Every time I decide to go to this citgo. I would go a lot more if it was actually close to where I live, but if I'm ever in the area I always do make sure to stop in even if it is to just say hi, and I do not have any personal relationship with the people that work here at all. I just think they are very respectful, courteous, generous, thoughtful, and treat everybody as if they were an equal which is really important nowadays.”

“Best service station ever! We've really grown to love this place. Great service and very nice owners and staff. It's always so clean. The food was very unexpected! ? ? I'm not much for "fast food" but this isn't fast food. It's being cooked with care and fantastic flavor. I don't like chicken livers, but I do now! It's shocking how much you get for the price. The fish is very large seafood fish fillets and worth every dime. It's a must see and taste to understand how great it is... Supporting our local businesses and receiving such kindness and great food is priceless. Please see my pictures... I took a few, just to let others see how nice it is...”

“This Subway is the only fast food restaurant within 15 miles of our house, so we frequent it often. The staff is always fast and friendly. Jamie always takes extra care that our special requests are taken care of (adding turkey to a BLT or a side of black olives for the kids)! She is awesome!”

“Love this gas! Ever since about 5 years ago when I was using different gas and it nearly messed up my car I started only using Murphy and what a difference it made. Not only do they have the best gas but they have the best prices and members rewards as well… always clean parking lot, well lit and location is convenient”
The Iowa retailer, the third-largest convenience store operator in the country, built its new three-year plan around three priorities: store growth, food and beverage expansion, and kitchen technology upgrades. The company plans to add 120 stores during the current fiscal year. Its previous plan, launched in 2023, delivered more than 500 new stores and earned the company a spot in the S&P 500.

Read the postTexas-born Buc-ee's is changing the way people think about gas stations and convenience stores. This chain is known for its huge stores along highways, some with over 100 fuel pumps. With its funny billboard ads, award-winning clean bathrooms, and branded items Buc-ee’s is hard to miss. The company wants people to actually plan to stop at Buc-ee's during road trips, not just go there as a last resort. And it's working - the chain has a huge fan base, with Facebook groups dedicated to Buc-ee's having hundreds of thousands of members.

The company announced plans to open four more locations across metro Detroit, weeks before opening its first Michigan location. Read the postLove's Travel Stops is rolling out a new system that turns work into a game for its restaurant employees. Picture this: Three big screens in each restaurant, tracking how fast workers greet customers, take orders, and hand out food. It's not just for show - early results say it's making service 11 seconds faster on average. "These monitors track key performance metrics in real-time, such as greet times, order processing times and the time it takes for food handoff," Love's explains. The system creates a more interactive environment, fostering friendly competition between stores.
