“Melissa at the Decatur store went above and beyond to help me out on a pump that was under warranty. The store was out of that pump but she found a bigger one that we could make work. She helped do everything she could to make it happen so I could finish the job for my customer. It did cost me a little money because it is a better pump than I bought but my customer didn't have to wait and that worked for me.”
“Went there in the early evening and we were looking for heavy comforters for the winter we found 2 that we liked but there was no sale prices showing for them so I went and looked for some help (NO ONE WAS AROUND TO THE BACK OF THE STORE EVERYONE WAS UP BY THE CASHIER'S I HAD TO INTERRUPT THERE CONVERSATION TO GET SOME HELP. “I left Ross today because they had a long line and only 2 cashiers working and came to TJ Maxx, although the line was long also there were 4 cashiers and they were moving everyone out in a timely fashion so kudos to you TJ Maxx!”
