I felt overwhelmed somewhat because there was almost too much variety of different styles and decor. Some items were priced less than expected, some as expected, and some more than expected. That being said, the store was clean and probably well organized for those that visit often. I will go back and try it again.”

Ulta Beauty moved out of Target last month, so Target moves its own beauty department in on Sept. 10. The retailer will open Target Beauty Studio in more than 600 stores and on Target.com, stocking more than 1,600 products from 90 prestige and emerging brands.
