Not only was she pleasant and informative but she’s been a great help to him for the past 10yrs or so and has always been consistent with her service. She introduced herself to me (non customer) as the branch manager so I’m hopeful the location turns around under her.”

When I say she went above and beyond, she did i have been with this bank over 30 years. Maybe more. I have never met such a bright kind respectable lady like her.
