“Stopped in today to handle some things with my father and Aleashia was so wonderful. Not only was she pleasant and informative but she’s been a great help to him for the past 10yrs or so and has always been consistent with her service. She introduced herself to me (non customer) as the branch manager so I’m hopeful the location turns around under her.”

“SUPERIOR customer service and issue resolution was received at the Fairfield AL branch TODAY! After 4 months and multiple visits to several branches, today, I gave 1 last attemp to resolve account access issues. It was my most fortunate day to meet Ms. S. Williams and Ms. T James! They LISTENED to the complete issue without interruptions, HEARD the issue and RESOLVED the issue on the spot! Their customer service and resolution skills are UNMATCHED! THANK YOU ladies for your time today. Both of you are AMAZING!!!”
