“The ladies in the store were very kind and helpful this day. I have no complaints about sports addition. I do however have a complaint about the Hueytown Hibbett location where I complained about a sales associate in previous communications. To my surprise, I went in to shop and this lady is still representing your company with the same nasty attitude. I watched her interaction with others to see if maybe there was a PIP put in place for her to do better. She still had the same I don’t want to be here look and attitude. She half spoke to most customers. Suffice it to say, I left the store without buying anything and won’t as long as she is in there. I turn around and leave to patronize other stores. I’m not gonna pay for expensive shoes and a nasty attitude.”
