“My SUV had delays in starting so I thought it was the battery that I purchased from them in 8/2019. I took in my vehicle and asked if it was too soon for a battery at less than 2 1/2 years old to be getting low. He checked it and in fact it was too low and it was still under warranty, so he installed a new battery at no charge. I knew I needed new windshield wipers so I decided to get them here and he installed those for free too - All under 15 minutes that I was there and in the parking lot. A great place to go, especially, if you are female and don't know much about cars. The service guy was very friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. This is now my go to place for my vehicle.”

“5 star service from these folks. I had one issue after picking up our vehicle today with a window not staying with the regulator when let down. The regulator would go down then the window would drop a little until it caught back on track. We'll by time I figured it out they had closed for the day. Honestly I was upset about this at first. I decided to take our tahoe back and leave it to be fixed. Maybe 30mins after I left the vehicle chris called and said he passed by and seen I brought it back. Wanted to know what was wrong. After I explained to him what it was doing he offered to go back to the shop, pull the door panel off and see if he could fix it this evening if we wanted him to. I said yes my wife and I would come back to get it if he could. Chris called back just a few mins later told me he found the issue . A couple loose screws on clamps that hold window to the regulator. He accepted full responsibility. Didn't try to blame it on anyone else. Apologized for missing it when he had checked everything out. This is the type of customer service that is very rare now days. They will get any work I have in the future and I will recommend them as long as they are still doing business this way. A+ service plus paint and body work that was done is great also. Thank you again Chris Campbell”
