When I need a piece of equipment their is normally no wait but if their is they will get it shipped from another store in a very timely manner. I have always been met with a friendly staff. I needed a skid steer and everyone else was closed. He answered my call and drove to the store in the snow and got me a skid steer. “I went to the Tuscumbia location on Woodmont Drive to buy a battery for my 2019 Kia Optima & MY GOODNESS were the staff on-hand a helpful group!! The young man, Nathan, working wasted no time in getting the battery my car needed & installing it. My battety light was still on so he retested it & the alternator. Just then, he saw the problem: my car was missing a belt. He found the one for it & was going to install it but he had another assignment to do (which I understood). The curly haired lady (I think her name is Jane?) took over & we had a time getting the belt on. But we kept at it & she got it on! The other lady, Ms. Cindy, was tremendous in encouraging me. I am so grateful that they took the time to help me & I was still on time for work! I will DEFINITELY be back to this particular store!! These 3 people deserve much recognition, respect & a raise!!!”

“Don’t really do reviews, but these guys really deserve 5 stars!!!! It all started with the kindness and courtesy of an 18 year named Waylon which at the time I didn’t know anything but his name!! Walked in and from the start it was the acknowledgment and kindness!! The gentleman asked could he help and I immediately asked for Waylon well unfortunately Waylon was gone on break but before I could even say anything the guy(didn’t get his name-ginger beard) asked if he could help with anything, so I preceded to say I’ll come back because I just really didn’t want to deal with anyone but Waylon.. well Chris spoke up and knew exactly why I was wanting Waylon and took it upon himself to help me IN HIS STREET CLOTHES, OFF THE CLOCK!! He put my reservoir on, he hesitated to even charge me but I insisted because nothing in life is free, the amount he hesitated to give me I DOUBLED IT!!!! I really can’t express enough gratefulness I have in my heart for such GREAT MEN TODAY! To know that I’m a woman and I didn’t have no hassle, no attitude from me asking for help, just really makes me emotional and warms my heart!!
