“First time going inside this bank and I had to speak with a manager/etc.. so I sat down and the wait time wasn't too bad. It gave me an opportunity to see one of the branch managers named Skylar walk a customer out to their car. That was actually beautiful to see. When he returned, he asked if I needed any assistance and took care of us. He sang a lil song, engaged with my son (who was also present) and casually asked if I needed any other banking products. I sincerely appreciate your wonderful customer service! U actually make me want to "keep" my Regions account after all the other mishaps I've had with them. Thank u!”
