“I went in to obtain a temp. ATM card and Direct Deposit form. One of the tellers told me that I could go to the back office to obtain these items. Before I could say "okay" .. another teller LOUDLY STATED "uhh WE CANT DO TEMP. ATM CARDS ANYMORE!" I DIDNT UNDERSTAND because why would the bank allow me to open an account deposit money and NOT HAVE ACCESS TO THOSE FUNDS. The teller at the back desk then said "Yes, we can ..we still have them." Either she was uneducated on this or she was profiling me. regardless it made my visit unpleasant and I WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS BRANCH LOCATION.Edit: Mr.Hugh was so very nice. If I return it will be to see him”
“Fantastic customer service!!!! It took several tries of switching banks in Gulf Shores for our local business (my business partner spent hours in the other banks fixing bank errors almost to the point of tears), and Chris and the others at this branch have made this part of our (her) business easy. We are so thankful for this branch. When we are swamped, who needs bank problems due to errors? They are more than courteous - they are helpful, professional, and friendly even when we are in a hurry.”
“Setting up my first Account and Robert Thomas was AMAZING and super helpful. Usually I have anxiety with these things but not today!! He told me everything step by step and answered all of my questions in a postive and understandable way. Super nice!!! Couldn't have went through the process any easier!! “I’ve needed help recently when my VISA card was denied because it said it was fraudulent. I went to the bank and was lucky enough to meet Chuck Kelley. My card wasn’t fraudulent it just hadn’t been used in a very long time. Chuck set me up with online banking so that I get a msg every morning with my checking and savings account balances. And if my card is ever used or stolen I’ll get a msg.
I also needed to do a wire transfer and Chuck was very helpful. Chuck’s personality and mine are similar and that made our interaction that much more enjoyable.”
