“This week my brother-in-law who hasn't been able to hear anything for 40 years.
Had a malware virus but just shut his phone up. No emails no text messages no going online to look things up with Google. So we got in the car and went to find a phone repair store. The first place we went said they couldn't fix that it required a special software and that place was kind enough to refer us to the store on South parkway. By the time we got there it was late in the afternoon. And a very helpful young lady came out said let me take the phone to the back and hook it up to the computer and had it fixed in 15 minutes. She was so kind and thoughtful and the price was ridiculously low. I know now if anything goes wrong with any of my phones or computers that's where I'm going to get them fixed.”
