“We came in today to look at your phones before we switched over to boost and the lady named Mary something I'm so embarrassed I don't remember the rest of her name but she really knew what she was talking about and was so helpful. By the time we left instead of switching over to boost we decided to stay with Metro and upgraded our phones instead. The other lady working with her was also very helpful and friendly. This is a great location and we will be back here for any of our phone needs!”

“This place fixed my broken phone screen with a better quality replacement glass, an also at a lower price than that “other”place, that shady and unprofessional farce called Decatur Phone Repair Shop that I unfortunately had the misfortune to try first…If only I had just came here to begin with. “Ended up having “the green screen of death”. My backlight went out on my iPhone 14 Pro Max. I didn’t catch the name, but I was instantly helped when I came in (it was later in the evening 30 minutes before the store closed). No huffing or puffing that it was late. They helped me and gave me a warranty on my phone which was in my hands less than 48hrs from when I walked in the store. Took it back to get it set up and was again helped instantly and was locked and loaded ready to go after 15 minutes! Very speedy and friendly service. I will be back hopefully on other circumstances!”
