“What really stood out was their honesty and customer service. It’s hard to find a place you can trust with your device, but My Cell definitely earned my confidence. I highly recommend them to anyone needing fast, reliable phone repairs at a fair price.”

“Staff member Pelham *sp... I needed a ton of help. He was amazing. I needed a flip phone. (Hard to find, difficult request to grant now a days) With texts and calls only for a very unruly almost 16yo. No internet. I was heated when I walked in due to the lack of help and options at every other store in town. He calmed me down with excellent manners and was pure class.”

“These people literally went out of their way to help me when I walked in the store what's a prepaid SIM card kit and they found I bought it from a friend of mine. They took the time to help me even though they weren't really making a sale they made sure that the phone was working and they were able to get me a new number. The store is very clean and totally a different vibe in atmosphere than a MetroPCS where last time I was in there there was some people trying to sell me cologne.”

“I cannot say enough great things about Victoria at the T-Mobile store in Decatur. She has helped me on multiple occasions, and every single time she has gone above and beyond to provide outstanding customer service. Victoria is patient, knowledgeable, professional, and genuinely cares about making sure her customers are completely taken care of. She takes the time to explain everything clearly, answers every question, and never makes you feel rushed or like you are just another customer. Her positive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to help are exactly what excellent customer service should look like. Employees like Victoria are the reason customers continue to return to the same location and remain loyal to a company. She is a tremendous asset to T-Mobile and deserves to be recognized by her managers and corporate leadership for the exceptional way she represents the company. Thank you, Victoria, for consistently providing such an excellent experience. T-Mobile is very fortunate to have you on its team. I would gladly recommend her and this location to anyone looking for knowledgeable, honest, and first-class service. Five stars are not enough!”

“These people are truly professional. The customer service counter can use better training on how to be nice, but everyone else is great. The store is always clean and neat. A great environment to shop and just to walk around and exercise. I would have given 5 stars but the customer service dept. needs work !”
