Called to ensure the website was accurate saying they had in store for immediate pickup and the customer service was prompt and professional and had it waiting at the counter when my wife walked in to pick it up! Woke up to find our capacitor went bad and was dreading waiting to get one shipped from online since local HVAC stores won’t sell to public… thankfully Ace Hardware caters to the DIY non-licensed guys like myself so I can get my air conditioner back up and running the same day! More hardware stores need to take note!!”

“I had an A/C unit capacitor that went bad on a Friday and needed the part "right now" VS calling a HVAC service tech to come out and charge 400 dollars for a 20 dollar part. The people at Johnstone Supply were helpful, friendly, and appeared knowledgeable on what they were selling. I brought the bad capacitor into the store and the employee took a quick look at it, went to a shelf and picked out the replacement part. It's refreshing to see employees who still know something about the parts and what they stock instead of relying totally on what the computer tells them.I would recommend them to anyone in the area!”

“I went to Home Depot today and operation "COVID-19" was apparently well underway. Had a conversation with a management employee about the whole situation. To her credit... she totally supported the employee's. All the while fully understanding how implementing these new safety measures were stressing her workers and the customers out. I want to give her a BIG shout-out for supporting her staff and the company policies. Her name is Ms. SARAH. I have probably spent thousands of dollars at this store; and I can safely say, by now I have a very good feel for the management style and employee attitudes throughout the organization. I have run into many an employee with technical questions for which I have always obtained a cogent/correct answer. Mostly from Mr. PHIL, Ms. Patty and Mr. JOSE. Keep up the outstanding service and don't let the turkeys get you down!!!”

“I came by here today and I cannot believe how absolutely massive the store is, there's just something very charming about it as well. It is very open and has just about everything you could possibly imagine from tractor tires to live little chickens to Candy.I was really disappointed to see that they did not sell hot tamales but instead they sold cinnamon bears which are God's worst mistake.However, I was really impressed it just how large and well organized this door was, the staff is very happy and friendly as well and they must get lots of steps in everyday walking all over this giant store.”

“Had a issue with my pro account and still do at the moment being changed to a DIY account so he made a call to the reps on the phone and stood by so make sure they are taking all the necessary steps to correct the issue which they have started a process to recover my pro account just waiting at this time I spoke with Sarah then Loyld in home depot recovery department they say they never had this happen so they are waiting to hear from I.T but long story short but long lol Joseph L Walker 3rd pro account sales associate did a great job assistancing me thanks home depot for hiring some associates that care about more than just a pay check.”

“I enjoy going to Home Depot, but I do have a few comments about the store. Not sure why, but there were a lot of things (rolling ladders, pallets of items, and carts with items (not customer carts)) blocking the isles. I had to move one ladder that was not being used so a gentleman in a wheelchair could travel up the isle. I could understand if an employee was using these ladders or restocking items, but that was not the case. One other thing to mention is the lighting throughout the store was very dim. It was so dim that I had to double check that I was not wearing my sunglasses. I would guess the lights were at about 50% of their normal brightness. I even asked an employee why it was so dark. He told me the local store doesn't have any control over their own lights, they are controlled remotely from Atlanta.”
