The guys Jerard and AT were great, explained how they were going to install my garage door openers on my metal building and they made sure the settings were just right for all of my animals. “Generally this is a great place to buy tools if in a pinch , most tools are okay and have stood up pretty well , a couple of them have not , like old saying goes , you get what you pay for . Will continue to buy some tools from them if needed .”

“Bought pressure treated lumber for a fence they bundled it so I couldn’t check the quality l live in Georgia when I cut the bundle apart I have never seen such bad quality it was horrible this has happened before will never buy there again”
“8 like the store in general good stuff at fair prices but I bought a flashlight and it never came on and worked. I returned it at my first opportunity but I got a hard time at customer service they tried giving me a 2.99 gift card for the 10 or 15 dollar flashlight I had originally bought. I ended up with no flashlight and a 7.00 dollar gift card. I wasn't at all happy with the customer service or the return policy if they even have one”

“I had an A/C unit capacitor that went bad on a Friday and needed the part "right now" VS calling a HVAC service tech to come out and charge 400 dollars for a 20 dollar part. The people at Johnstone Supply were helpful, friendly, and appeared knowledgeable on what they were selling. I brought the bad capacitor into the store and the employee took a quick look at it, went to a shelf and picked out the replacement part. It's refreshing to see employees who still know something about the parts and what they stock instead of relying totally on what the computer tells them.I would recommend them to anyone in the area!”
“I came by here today and I cannot believe how absolutely massive the store is, there's just something very charming about it as well. It is very open and has just about everything you could possibly imagine from tractor tires to live little chickens to Candy.I was really disappointed to see that they did not sell hot tamales but instead they sold cinnamon bears which are God's worst mistake.However, I was really impressed it just how large and well organized this door was, the staff is very happy and friendly as well and they must get lots of steps in everyday walking all over this giant store.”
“Had a issue with my pro account and still do at the moment being changed to a DIY account so he made a call to the reps on the phone and stood by so make sure they are taking all the necessary steps to correct the issue which they have started a process to recover my pro account just waiting at this time I spoke with Sarah then Loyld in home depot recovery department they say they never had this happen so they are waiting to hear from I.T but long story short but long lol Joseph L Walker 3rd pro account sales associate did a great job assistancing me thanks home depot for hiring some associates that care about more than just a pay check.”
