“My husband had broken his phone and had to go to Best Buy to buy a phone. Due to poor customer service at Best Buy, they would not set up his phone that he had just purchased until a later date (No excuse). So we had visited this AT&T location since it was so close. The customer service there was absolutely phenomenal! Ethan is fantastic! He was so kind, patient, understanding and so extremely helpful. I will go as far to say that 1.) The service from Ethan is the best service that I have received anywhere in a long time and 2.) the overall experience at this location is much more better than any AT&T location they I have ever visited. Up to that visit, I even debated keeping AT&T. Now, I am willing to continue my service with them and willing to drive further because I love this location so much. Ethan, I hope you see this review! “I am so happy with T-Mobile. I was hesitant to switch initially, I was a longtime Verizon user and also had AT&T and Spectrum for a while. I have been extremely happy with my service at T-Mobile. This location has always provided great customer service. I got my screen protector replaced at this location today, and Fran was awesome. She was funny and provided me with great customer service. Not only that, she went above and beyond to help an older woman who was in line before me. It was so refreshing to see someone going beyond the typical job expectations to help out this customer and ensure she was completely taken care of. Thank you Fran, for not just giving great customer service, but for going out of your way and doing more than what is required or expected by an employee - and just for being a genuinely kind and generous human being!”

“Yesterday morning my phone completely stopped working, didn’t turn on or anything. Due to work, I have to have a phone so it was urgent being that I had work about 6 hours after I found out I was without one. Staff helped answer all my questions and I was in and out knowing all details and with the phone I wanted in about an hour. Clean, professional, friendly. Would recommend this Cricket store to anyone. 5 stars easy.”

“I was in this location the other day and the wait was a little long but she has a few customers and was alone so I understand I felt so bad for her because she had a customer yelling at her and she was trying her best someone needs to help her she is a young woman and I was worried for her safety so I sat with her for a minute after I got some help with what I needed and she was very sweet”
