“Yesterday (10-28-2024), I went into this store to inquire about the mobile phone plans they offer and see about switching providers. Immediately when I entered the store, I was greeted and acknowledged. After a short wait, Tan began servicing me, explaining to me the different plans T-Mobile offers. Tan was very knowledgeable about all of the different mobile plans T-Mobile offers and even answered all of my questions regarding the different plans. After this in-depth explanation from Tan, I decided that I would make the switch to T-Mobile, to which she explained to me the process of transferring my number from my previous provider to T-Mobile. After I gathered the necessary information from my previous service provider, I was then helped by Charity who helped me make the switch. While transferring my number and setting up my new phone plan, Charity was very friendly and we had a nice conversation about traveling. So far I am extremely happy with my decision to switch and it is in large part because of how knowledgeable, helpful, and kind these ladies are at this store. Tan & Charity are phenomenal!”
