My husband and I witnessed an employee be somewhat rude to a customer when he asked
for assistance, and then his coworker called him over while we were checking out for some change and he was really rude to her in front of us. It was pretty uncomfortable.. I believe his name was Jim.

Great place to shop for boots and work/western wear. They did have the boot I was looking for but not in the sole I was looking for. But I found something else. Would definitely recommend going by if you’re in need of some boots. From work to hiking and fashion they have it. Great customer service too.
