“Always have a surplus of goods. Though I wish the Clothes area was a little more organized. Prices are definatly cheaper than Walmart, some by alot, some not so much.
One thing is make sure you sign up for the rewards(free) you get emails on wgat products they recently bought out , almost allowing you first pick on some of the goods.”
“Nine years ago I originally gave this business on Greensprings 2 stars and no written review. Since that review, I have shopped this Ollie's location numerous times and have been pleasantly surprised by the improvements of this Ollie's location. This store is a much larger store than the Ollie's near me in Forestdale. I am very pleased with this store. The employees here are pleasant and helpful. I very much appreciate the lower prices and huge selection of merchandise. Raising my rating from 2 stars to 5 stars. I wish I lived closer to this store, I'd be here a couple times a week. Be sure to get what you want when you see it as their merchandise changes since they buy various stores' merchandise when those stores are overstocked or going out of business. I wanted a toaster/air fryer over and kept waiting to get a coupon (Ollie's Army coupon) for 10-15% off. They sold out of the ovens before I got a coupon so I still don't have the oven I wanted...but I keep checking hoping they will get more in. Ollie's prices were $10-20 cheaper than regular retail stores and the same brand names.”
“Absolutely love this store, if you are a collector or just interested in getting started, you have to see it, sweet knowledgeable staff and so many gorgeous dolls and accessories.Found some wonderful dolls and met 2 very sweet ladies...this store is a must see. “I loved my experience at this Build a Bear. I already felt emotional having to bring my bear I made when my mom passed to get the sound replaced. When I made the bear at a different location I did not have a good experience so I was anxious this time around. Kinsley at the Hoover location was so helpful, so enthusiastic, sweet, and kind. She helped me record the sound without background noise as soon as she could open the store and she was super sweet during the process of getting my bear stitched back up. I could tell she loves her job and is great at it. Really happy with this experience that I was so emotional and anxious for.”

“Very large and open location. The store appears clean and very well stocked. They have a very good selection of books and other merchandise as well as a coffee shop. Easy to get to with plenty of parking spaces. The employees are very knowledgeable and friendly.”
