“I just wanted to extend my sincere appreciation to Johnstone for their phenomenal customer service. We had originally ordered a warranty part through another company, where our customer's HVAC system was purchased, and were quoted a one-week turnaround. That stretched to two weeks… then three… and eventually over a month—with no clear communication and only vague updates like, “We’re working on it,” or, “That’s just how it goes sometimes.” When the order finally arrived, not all the requested parts had been included. Our customer was left without air conditioning for an extended period while waiting on the parts to arrive. Not only was this upsetting for them, but it also kept us from delivering the level of service and care we strive for. We ordered the part through Johnstone and Tommy contacted Goodman immediately, got the part ordered right away, and kept us informed every step of the way. Haustin was also wonderful, especially when I called in for updates. Their team stayed on top of the order, the part arrived quickly, and thanks to their responsiveness and professionalism, we were able to restore our customer’s cooling system. We’ll be paying a warranty filing fee since the system wasn’t originally purchased through them—but honestly, it’s worth it for the reliability, peace of mind, and outstanding service they provided. Ultimately, they saved the day, and we were able to get our customer’s AC repaired. If it weren’t for them, our customer would probably be without air for 2–3 months. Highly recommend them. I can’t thank them enough.”
“Called two hours before I made it to the store and spoke with Luke he said to ask for him when we got there he greeted us at the door. He didn't try to push the most expensive item at us but helped us find the best product for our budget and then helped load it would highly recommend him and I do believe the kid deserves a raise for being a great sales associate”
“Dryer stopped working Wednesday evening. Did research online for issues ect and sourced parts. Called Fox when they opened Thursday morning. Told them what I was dealing with and Jeff set me up with the parts. 11am Thursday I had my dryer repaired. Highly recommend”

“I've visited the north Parkway HD many, many times, but this was my first time to the South Parkway location. I was looking for an obscure, seasonal item, a clerk whose name I didn't catch helped me figure out it was at the opposite end of the store, and I thanked her and said I'd go find it on my way out - still needed something else on this end of the store. So I'm off shopping for what I needed in building supplies and here comes that clerk - who walked all the way to the other end of the store, found the item I'd originally asked her for, and walked all the way back to bring it to me!! WOWSA! That is going above and beyond - I was terribly impressed! I guess the South Parkway location is my new go-to store!”

I wanted to take a moment to recognize three members of your team at the South Huntsville store (#0888) for truly outstanding customer service: Ryan, Sean/Shawn (apologies if I misspelled his name), and Alicia.
I had just purchased a large toolbox and stopped by the tool rental area to ask about getting a trailer so I could move it. Ryan took the time to understand what I was trying to do, asked a few simple questions, and then went above and beyond to help find a better solution. He coordinated with Sean/Shawn and Alicia, and together they made sure the toolbox was safely loaded, transported, and unloaded without any hassle.
What really stood out to me was their attitude. They were professional, helpful, and genuinely focused on taking care of a customer. There was no rushing and no indifference, just three people doing their jobs with pride and kindness.
This is exactly the kind of experience that keeps customers coming back. Please pass along my sincere thanks and appreciation to them for representing Home Depot and the South Huntsville store so well.”

“I went in with the gift card I got as a gift. Asked for help from a couple employees and they steered me right. Got to the cashier and saw I lost the card. She was very sympathetic. I paid for my items and went back to look for the card. Ran into a different employee that offered assistance and I explained looking fir the card. I leftI got to my truck and heard a guy yelling at me. The lady employee (Adrian) had found it and ran out to get it back to me!!! Great staff.”

“I called a couple of their stores today and couldn't get help. I spoke to Rick at the North Memorial Parkway location and his personality on the phone got me to the store. He was one of the best customer service people that I have ever dealt with!!!! I highly recommend going to his location to do business!!!”
“Went to buy a computer. We had researched and knew which one we wanted and the site showed it was in stock. An agent greeted us as we got to the computer section. We showed him which one we wanted via a picture. He spent 10 in plus minutes looking with other employees. He then spent ample time helping us select an alternative and found one which was actually better and on sale. Great job Chris.”
