“Ian was excellent! I have bought several phones here through the years and always buy an Otterbox case for it too. After two years I finally broke an Otterbox case. I went to Walmart. None in stock for my phone. So I went by Verizon to see if they had one. They did not but Ian was going to order one for me until he realized I was replacing a broken one. He then clued me in on the Otterbox lifetime warranty. Ian even printed my receipt from two years ago. I ordered my replacement case for just $10 shipping, getting herein two days. Thanks for saving me $$ Ian. I’ll be back for my new phones eventually.”
“Customer service is alive and well at Sharp Communication. They took care of my two dead batteries by ordering me new ones. I was able to get loaner batteries to use until they come in. They let me salvage a couple of clips for missing ones off old radios as well. The friendly service will keep me coming back. They also take care of our first responders communication needs. I like that. Check them out for all your communication needs.”

“My wife was thrown off of Facebook because her phone had been hacked by a spammer. We spent three days trying to rectify the situation and threw up our hands in despair. I found Dr Cell Tech on Google and gave them a call. They fixed broken cell phones and do not get involved in application problems but the person I talk to (Jay) offered to look at her phone. He spent a considerable amount of time and effort working on the problem and successfully resolved It. He would not accept payment for his efforts even though I insisted. He was a very nice and knowledgeable gentleman and I would strongly recommend using their services.”

“I was having trouble finding internet for my new business when I stopped by this Verizon store. There were plenty of experienced associates on hand to help me quickly put together a business account and walk out the door with a router that was the easiest thing to set up I've yet experienced.
We've had Verizon cellphone service for years and have found it to be the absolute best. The bills are easy to read, in store service is great, and there are few places where service isn't available. Now to learn how easy it is to put wireless service in place for a business, I will be sure to recommend this solution to others.”
