“Jessica is the absolute BEST phone expert in the history of the world!! Plus, she’s happy and willing to help and never in a rush! She makes T-Mobile SHINE!!”
“Went and got my phone repaired of auto damage and they just told me everything that could happen and all the things i needed to know, fixed it, honest about what i needed and didn’t need, and got me out for HALF the price i expected. Goosebumps leaving this place.”
“Sure, Stephen helped me like nobody else in that store. He offered me different options to save me some money. Very detail person to explain everything. I am 63 years old and nobody offered me specials in my rates. Normally the other members just do fast everything and don't dedicated time with the customer.”
“Jesse is top notch. Very helpful! The guy that appeared to be a manager was also incredibly patient with customers even when he had to consistently repeat himself.”
“Ruben is very professional, nice, has a great spirit and is such a big help. This is the tmobile store I will use from here on out. He was very welcoming and got me together quickly”
“Thank you to Ron for helping me . I went to the store in owens cross roads after calling them and making sure the phone I wanted was in stock. When I got there they suddenly didn’t have my phone after learning I wanted to upgrade not add a line. So Ron came in clutch and made sure I got my phone that day !!! Thank you again !”
“Great experience with Cameron Barker getting 3 new phones! He stayed late to help us and set up our new phones for a seamless experience. We were very pleased and highly recommend Cameron and the team!!”
“Went to the Hampton Cove, Alabama location today and Aumr was absolutely amazing. Very sweet and kind young man who took time to go over new deals for us. We left very happy and have all the phones and iPads to make our businesses run smoothly. Even was able to get my mama an upgrade. If you want an awesome experience as for Aumr. This guy would make a great store manager one day. He definitely cares for his customers. Thanks so much Verizon and Aumr! ~The Holland’s~ Hope to see you again soon for more purchases.”

“Just opened a new account with them and got the newest Samsung Ultra! Shyla C was very nice and helpful! I'm glad I picked this location to help me out! Prices are great as well! I was paying over $100 for one line with my old provider”
