“I wasn't sure if I was going to be able to have my oil changed bc I didn't arrive until 5:15 and they close at 6 and i didn't have an appointment. That being said , I was approached immediately and and my car was back to me in 30 minutes. There were no issues whatsoever other then it being a littlle bit more pricey, its totally worth it. I would much rather go to the dealership where they are knowledgeable and experienced with BMW'S; bc i promise not everybody is.”

“I payed 1000+$for a new water pump and while working on it they busted the seal on my oil pan and tried telling me it was water from the ac n then told me it was antifreeze (definitely wasn't) then charged me 200+$for a solenoid and they are the only one I've ever paid to work on my car last time I had them work on my car while working on it they broke my radiator n charged me to fix it after 10 years I'm tired of it I'm 69 years old they should be ashamed luckily I've been doing wardrobe and make up at fox 6 for 40 years so I'm not totally broke but luckily we have cameras we put up around the car b4 returning it so maybe we can see what's really going on behind the scenes”
