“I trust United Car Care because they have repeatedly shown that honesty matters more to them than maximizing a repair bill. Today, while I was waiting, I watched them tell one customer that she did not need the brake pads and rotors a dealership had recommended—the pads still had roughly half their life remaining. Another customer had been told she needed a new radiator; United found the actual problem was simply a damaged hose and repaired only what was necessary.
That kind of honesty and integrity is rare and deserves recognition. They could easily have sold both customers much more expensive repairs, but they didn’t. United Car Care has earned my trust, and they’ll be servicing my vehicles from now on. Highly recommended.”

“I cannot say enough about the customer service I received from Mobility Central. I have one of their Mobility chairs and have had it for many years. When I thought it was on its last leg, they took it to their shop and just about rebuilt it so I didn’t have to buy a new one. Laurie Peter, who is the owner, went over and above to make sure that I was satisfied. She got me a chair to replace my chair while mine was being repaired since it was going to require parts that took a long time to come in. I would not hesitate to buy another chair from mobility Central. Their customer service is outstanding. The person they usually send to my house is Ted and he is absolutely excellent. I highly recommend this business. They sell quality products and they prioritize customer service (which is the exception these days rather than the rule, with many other businesses).”
