βMy entire family loves the store. From the cheap sport equipment they sell outside to the dozens of board games. We make this a yearly tradition around Christmas to take the children here and let them buy presents for each other and their cousins. A way to make a big impact on Christmas without breaking the bank. This store only has one cashier and the rest are self check out. Making it two easy to get in and out without a fuss.β

βThis place is huge!!! I visited with friends and we were very motivated to see everything -- but we had no idea how much that would be! Upstairs, downstairs, the collector's nook... all good. My friends and I have different tastes, and we all found something to love. The booths are well curated and seem to have a high standard of presentation, which is always nice. The staff was friendly and gave us some good advice about where to find things we were looking for; they know their stuff! Will definitely visit again.β
βThere are so many great in expensive items. There are name brand items,quality plus value makes a happy ? shopper. Ollie's my favorite comfort store for retail therapy!!β

βI came here just to look around, as I had never been to this location before. Right off I noticed the amount of pet items they had! Clothing, jewelry, yes... jewelry! It was cute too! Lots to choose from for your furry friends! Most things at Five Below are priced within this range. They also had a Five Beyond section. I had never seen this section in other locations. I know for me , it was years before I realized that everything was NOT priced Five Below. This is a great stop to grab a quick gift or a snack or even workout equipment. The inventory is endless so you are sure to find something Five Below or Five Beyond!β

βThis retail location is very creative in their *Driver Displays* eye-catching front entrance, making you want to come in the store to browse and shop. You can always find friendly team members, and the isles are always clear of clutter.
Variety of items to choose from. From pantry items, small tech, home decor, makeup, art, books/journals, and toys.
The checkout area is clean, and someone is usually there to assist with any issues.β
βI had never been in here before, but generally knew what to expect - decent prices on the (somewhat random) items found within. We found a basketball for our daugher, our main goal, and a few other random things that we added to the buggy as we browsed through the store. They have sporting goods, clothes, electronics, swim and beach stuff - though I'm sure this is seasonal. It's nice to know we didn't have to spend a fortune on it though.β
βI'm giving this store a five star because Ms. Pat was the only worker to give eye contact and speak. Customer service is still a very important part of a business. Thank you Ms.Pat for speaking, greeting while you were busy working the front alone. I appreciate you for being kind to me. Thank you ?β
βI have been to this Dollar Tree a few times. It's hit or miss. The last time I came here I bought a set of four bath sponges from April Bath & Shower. They were pretty poorly made, but I do not really expect much for four bath sponges for only $1.25.β
βWe stopped here to get some fireworks for New Years, but since we have a toddler and a newborn, we only wanted to get some small stuff to show our toddler. We didn't want to scare her to death! We got some of the black cat super snappers and then some sparklers. She absolutely loved both of them, and I have to give a HUGE shoutout to the staff here. They did not even charge us for any of the fireworks that we got - they just wanted our little girl to have a fun, memorable experience, and we are so very thankful for that. We will definitely be coming back here to get fireworks from them next time.β

βI had the opportunity to call this store for an online purchase and ultimately came by to pick up my order. Outstanding customer service isnβt enough words for this store. Everyone was very helpful and polite. I was asked was I finding everything I needed by an associate too. They also greeted all customers as soon as they arrived. I had to tell the cashier how great they were!! Kudos!! I felt so welcomed here. This was a far contrast from other stores in the area. Job well done!!!β

βDOLLA DOLLA BILL! It's always a treat to have a visit to the Dollar Store. Courtney and my favorite Dollar Tree is located out on highway 280, but if you know anything about Birmingham, we avoid 280 at all stakes. This dollar tree is located in Homewood on Green Springs Highway next door to the Mexican grocery store. This store was not run down or anything like other dollar stores we've been to. It had a wide selection and everything is super inexpensive. We came in looking for different items. Courtney needed a plastic container and I needed more fall decor. I love decorating for fall as it is ,y favorite time of year. They had a wide selection of home decor and other housewares. I had a lot of fun collecting items together. Customer service was fine. Friendly people. I was happy that we did not have to tackle 280, but that dollar tree is so much better then this one.β
βThis store is awesome they do have trouble sometimes unloading new merchandise just because they focus more on the customer service then they do the new merch, all the time everything is stocked just new items might not be out on shelves. But the management is so AMAZING!!!!! I promise I'll drive 15 to 20 minutes out of the way just to go to that store. The employees & management are the ABSOLUTE BEST!!!- I felt it needed repeating ?Chelsea & the Daniels familyβ
βI would like to commend the African American cashier this morning at Big Lots in Trussville. She greeted every customer that came in and was so friendly both in the store and checking me out. I wish I had gotten her name, but it was about 9:30 am on 3/30/24β
βA very slept on retailer. They have lots of reasonably priced items from clothing to smal home decor, food and electronics. Shop here before you go anywhere else. Just with they had more cashiers.β

βGreat place to value shop. Variety of sales items , over stock items, and outdoor patio furnishings. I even saw a few diamond toolboxes for they back of pickup trucks...lol . Yard tools, out door area rugs.small home decor items. Small stuff to keep a child busy like coloring books etc... always good to break up screen time from devices.Lots of haircare products, and a few tech items as well.Well organized, floor layout is shopper friendly and isles are easy to navigate ( no clutter ). Very clean.β

βStopped by this dollar tree in search of a cooler bag for some ice cream. Found all the essentials, got some frozen pops, Vaseline and the hot/cold bag. I'm surprised to see all the negative reviews as I found the store to be pleasant, clean and empty with friendly employees. Worth a stop if you need to organize yourβ

βIt's a dollar general: the prices are cheap, the store is a complete mess, and the employees don't really know where anything is. But that's the charm of it all. The employees were really nice though that checked us out.β

βThe store manager Quoya is amazing. She works very hard everyday to satisfy the customers. Sheβs currently the only person working at that store and she does a good job working two registers while meeting the needs of customers. She definitely deserves a pay raise!!!!!β
