“Wonderful customer service! I called them to ask if they had an Ethernet to USB adapter and the man who answered looked on their shelves for me, but they were out at the time. But he even went into the back and looked in some boxes for them. He called me back and said that he couldn't find them there but that his father in law (I believe he said the owner of the store?) Has a storage unit and believed he had one there. Truly went above and beyond to try and help me find this item.”

“Had an exceptional customer service experience with Kathryn and Katura at the customer service desk. Katura provided excellent insight and help on how to find the product I was looking for. Then, prior to leaving the store Kathryn stopped me, went into the back, and actually found the product that I was looking for for my son. That's an example of hearing your customer, focusing on their needs, and providing them with the results they are looking for. Fantastic job ladies! Please recognize both of them.

Also, I'm so pleased to see that the grocery section has been enlarged with more refrigerated food options and produce. I'd like to see it enlarged even more, though. Jackie and Tanita were honestly amazing. They were cool, down-to-earth, professional, and genuinely fun to talk to. They didn’t treat me like just another sale — they asked the right questions, looked over my account, and found me the best possible deal for my situation. “Jonathan A was our tv sales associate. He gets salesperson of the year award!!! Introduced himself, asked our name. Took us right to some tvs we might consider. Asked what room tv was for & how much light. He was extremely knowledgeable. He explained the difference between models of the same name brand & other brands. I told another customer to wait until we were through and let him help them which they did, so he got 2 sales. BB should clone him because he is a very dedicated & knowledgeable employee.
Quite frankly he was so nice & knows his stuff so well, I was afraid I would buy a 2nd tv to replace 1 that doesn't need replacing.
