“This Piggly Wiggly is a typical pit stop during my busy days out. You can pop in for flowers, bandages, or lunch if needed. The aisles tend to be neat and tidy and I usually end up chatting with my cashier at checkout. Their hot bar is also tasty, the baked chicken and mashed potatoes are some of my favs. They also have patio style furniture outside that's nice to eat at when it's warm out. Shopping here is easy.”

“ON WINE TIME! I was invited to a function for Children's of Alabama. The function took place at Classic Wine Company. Honestly it is so shocking that I had never been to this shop before. As I used to work in homewood and be in and around that area plenty of times. The function included a wine tasting. Josh (owner) and a few others did a fantastic job guiding us through each course with the proper pairing. I've been to other wine tastings, but never got an experience quite like this one. When we got to the dessert course the pairing of the wines and dessert bite from Pastry Art was exceptional. I typically don't go for red wines, but the wine plus the chocolate pastry made an explosive interaction with each other against my tastebuds. It's awesome to know of this business and the amazing service that comes with it. They do offer free wine tasting to the public on Friday nights so I will definitely be back!”

“01-03-2024 Wednesday supperWe orderd the #29 & it was A LOT of food! Chili relleno, enchilada, burrito, tostado, taco & flauta (I think). Everything was delicious! We love the salsa & cheese dip here. ?This place has been clean every time we've visited here. The people here are so very nice. Service has always been super fast. Love the atmosphere too! The rum prices are a bit higher than what I pay at home, but I did find a Plantation Jamaican Dry on sale, so I picked it up. “Modern upscale but relaxed atmosphere tucked in a strip mall setting. Service was great. Staff was very knowledgeable. They made great recommendations based on just a few questions. The burrata with olive oil and crostini toast was a star. Creamy heaven on perfectly toasted bread. The 3 cheeses on the board were well balanced. Not pictured is the bread and olive oil dish. This was our least favorite dish. The olive oil was good quality but the bread was lackluster for us. If it were toasted it may have been better but for a plain piece of bread it just didn't add to the dish. Sort of like wheat bread from subway. We had two white wines based on their recommendations that were lovely. We even got a bottle of each to take home.”

And the owner and staff are simply the best!!!I ordered an excellent grilled chicken club sandwich that was flavorful and juicy!It was a great change from one of my all time favorite sandwiches.
