“I went to tractor supply tonight to purchase dog food and get advice on what I needed for my lil dog Maggie. She is having some skin itching issues. I was approached by the assistant manager Angel who was very informative and helpful. She took time to listen to my concerns as well as suggested a new dog food and some deworming medicine along with some gut health chews for my Maggie. I have to say that I have not experienced such genuine help and willingness to listen in a long time. This type of customer service has become a rare commodity and it was a very welcomed experience. I will be returning to the store to purchase some of the suggested gut heath items in the next few days. I will do this because the customer service I received from Angel was appreciated and I will recommend this tractor supply store to everyone I know. Because of my experience with Angel tonight I will be sing at this tractor supply from bite in instead if the one in opelika where I live. I wish this type of customer service was the standard instead of a rare occurrence. It was worth the drive after I received the Custer care from Angel. Rush you so much for your time she knowledge Angel! Thank you!”

“I left my phone in the buggy here being in a rush and I made it back to my hometown only to realize that I did not have my phone with me. I thought about where I had been before I left and it was Marshall’s, this specific location. I called the store and a very kind employee here by the name of Nakkia found my phone & returned it to me safe & sound, she is a honest young lady and I greatly appreciate her as well as , Ana, Destiny, & Teressa. All of the ladies names I mentioned are very kind !”

“Just walked out they are taking select customers phone at the scan and go spark area. They should be allowed to mess with anybody personal items. If they are doing spark and scan and go they need a device for that purpose set up in store there is no much sickness going on in this world. I don't wanna take anything home to my family.”
