“Customer service is top notch in this company. I was not only impressed but deeply touched by Kurt’s very prompt and proactive support he gave me when I had questions about the field marker aerosol spray and the ingredients of the can. I actually had a little accident with my German Shepherd puppy who snuck the field marker spray can in his mouth at the Sicard Hollow Athletic Complex. He ran off with it and then bit into it, causing the can to rupture all over his mouth and a bit in his eye. The vet needed the ingredients of the can for an accurate diagnosis but the spray had covered most of the can when it ruptured. Kurt jumped into action immediately when I called the main number and he got me the exact list of ingredients so the vet and poison control could accurately diagnose the problem. This prompt support not only helped diagnose and treat my puppy right away but it also gave me a tremendous sense of support. The ingredients are okay and not harmful when ingested in small amounts and the eye was flushed and doing fine now.Any company that values relationships above all else has my respect.
