I just had a receiver and hitch installed on my Buick regal. These guys aren’t just for trucks. I had an opportunity to have the wiring enter through the frame but it seres a better purpose for me to have the wiring protected.”

While having 7 vehicles which were driven by our 5 teens during the 90’s, and our own fender benders, Regency has restored each and every vehicle back to its original state including matching the paint to the age the vehicles were in when repaired. When I need a piece of equipment their is normally no wait but if their is they will get it shipped from another store in a very timely manner. I have always been met with a friendly staff. One in particular person Alex Hernandez consistently has gone above and beyond to make sure all needs are met. One example of above the line service was during the snow event of February. I needed a skid steer and everyone else was closed. He answered my call and drove to the store in the snow and got me a skid steer. “The work they did was excellent. My car looks like nothing ever happened. There were some delays and I had to call back the last few days before it was ready. I kept hearing “maybe ready tomorrow “ for 3 days. A simple phone call from someone with a realistic explanation of completion would have made my experience much better. Not to mention I had to wait 2 months just to get my car in the shop and then another month for the repairs to be completed. Quality of work A+, communication C”

“Cannot say enough about this company. I called to have a torque converter spec’d out. The lady who answered was very sweet and super knowledgeable however she passed me off to their resident guru, Nelson. Nelson not only took the time to help me spec out the right converter but went over some supporting modifications to make sure my transmission lives a long healthy life. I spent about 40 minutes on the phone in total. They truly took their time answering all my questions even though I did not plan on making a purchase at the moment. THESE PEOPLE REALLY CARE. I ended up buying the converter that Nelson suggested and the truck runs like a top. The converter stalls perfectly and really helps the road manners of my 87 k5 blazer. I called back to thank them and was thanked twice as much in return for being a customer. I will not build another car without a boss hog converter in it, the parts speak for themselves but just in case, they’re backed up by excellent support from excellent people.”
