“I have been looking for a new car to replace a older vehicle. Have been to several different car dealerships, and other honda dealerships. Everyone won'ted to sell me a car but didn't really listen to what I won'ted in my new vehicle. They just wonted to put me in anything.
I had about given up. I thought I would try honda of florence Alabama. See if they had anything that was close to what I wont. I was met my John Goss as I was walking in. I have to say he was wonderful, we walked the lot, talked about what was important to me in a car(CRV). And somethings I thought I didn't wont like a color. But they can look different in different vehicles. I didn't wont black interior but the one I chose looked great in black. I didn't wont red color paint or black. Well there are a lot of different color reds. John worked wonders and had me go out of my comfort zone . Well this girl is very happy with my experience at singing river Honda of Florence Alabama. If you are tired of looking at cars, trucks and no one really listening to what's important to you. Give Singing RIver Honda a try . John Goss will be there if not, i have confidence that the other sales rep will help you find your perfect vehicle.”

“I caught a rock in the windshield of my new vehicle. I called them late in the afternoon. Teresa said I could come right in for them to fix the windshield. The repair took less than 30 minutes and was $65. Teresa offered to file it on my insurance, too. They are a great business. I highly recommend them for windshields. Before I traded in my old car, I had a windshield replaced with Safelite and they were ridiculously expensive. Try Shoals Auto Glass first.”

“Thought I was having a transmission problem and took it in to them. after the wait from them having a decent customer base, they quickly diagnosed that the problem was not in the transmission and the problem was in the oil system. They changed it, slapped new filters in and it runs great.
Was expecting a multi thousand dollar charge, happily drove away with it being under 300.
10/10 I'll go back if somthing goes wrong with the transmission.”

While I grabbed lunch they fixed my mower took about an hour. Great way to take care of a customer! This is the reason I bought local at Oakleys rather than a big box store.”

“Mr. Chris Hunt and his office manager (Jessica) have always treated my family extremely well. His repair work is excellent. Also, it amazes me that they remember my family and know my first name. It is a standing joke in my family that I get into accidents so often that even the body shop knows me on a first name basis. But the reality is that I haven't been in that many fender benders, rather Chris and Jessica go out of their way to be friendly and to try to remember their customers names. Also, I have gone there twice for just minor issues--for advice--and they ended up fixing them for free! They are the best in my opinion.”
