While I try to make sure I call in prescriptions with 48 hours notice, there have been some times I have misjudged how much medication Claude has left, and the staff have always made sure that we get a refill before he runs out of medicine. I really appreciate this!”

I called Crestwood and Taylor answered. I gave him all the info and the rest is history. Taylor and his staff are amazing and super friendly. “Remedies has provided exceptional customer service ever since we began using them a few years ago for a compound Prescription. Reminders are sent, the minimal issue we have had was handled immediately, and the overall the quality of the pharmacy is superb! Lea is so kind and genuine and has always gone our of her way if needed to make sure we get what we need. We also get our Rx shipped to us, and Remedies has been prompt and informative in this process as well! Overall 10/10 and will continue to utilize this pharmacy!”

“I have been shopping here for many years. The products are always organized and up to date (you have oopsies here and there) and produce is mostly fresh and convenient. All of the associates that I have talked to are friendly and helpful when you ask questions. That to say, I have one small issue with this store. The customer service department is not friendly. While they do sometimes greet you when you walk in the door or tell you to have a nice day when you’re exiting- it doesn’t seem genuine. People do have their days, I understand- but some are just not friendly in general. I usually get ignored a self-check out or associates are too busy talking to each other when you need help. This store is overall well-kept and associates are very accessible. Thank you for all of your hard work!”

I swapped due to all the other pharmacies giving me a really hard time (Walgreens, Publix, CVS, etc.), and wouldn't tell the truth about what was going on with my medication and why it was on backorder or even kind of help to find me a solution during this time. The minute I've come to MRP you can tell they care truly about their patients. Any recommendations, or requests given to them, they take it highly into consideration. I've started sending patients from my work (doctor's office) there because I truly think anyone would get the best experience with pure kindness and hospitality. Eventually they even try to make it known they know your name personally and treat you as a regular! Thank you, Clay, truly for always being super helpful!!!!”

“I should start by saying I’m not familiar with Winn-Dixie’s in general. I’m only in Alabama for the winter and head back to my camp in upstate N.Y. in the summer. I do most of my shopping for everything at Walmart and we don’t even have Winn-Dixies in NY! I stopped in the other night to pick up a few items after a long day. I accidentally walked off and left my iPhone and wallet in the shopping cart in the parking lot. I didn’t even miss it until I was going to bed that evening. I used my ‘Find My Phone’ app and realized my mistake. My heart sank. Surely someone would have found and taken it by now!Driver’s license and credit cards would need to be replaced and the cash, of course would be gone for good! Not to mention replacing my phone. I already felt lost without it.
When I pulled into the parking lot, the carts were inside as the store was closing soon.
I didn’t hold out much hope, but was presently surprised when I asked if anyone had found it and was told they had it in the office! Everything was as I left it…even the cash was still there. Dee Dee refused to take any $ for her trouble. “It’s just the right thing to do”! I’m sure this story would have a very different ending back in NY!! The longer I’m in Alabama, the more I love it here. Such a refreshing change of pace to find these decent, honest people everywhere! You have a real gem here….but shhhh, don’t tell anyone? Thank you to Dee Dee and the other gentleman whose name escapes me. (if I had any memory bandwidth left, I wouldn’t have left my phone and wallet in the parking lot to begin with!) I hope the good Lord blesses you both and you will definitely be seeing more of me in Winn-Dixie…another gem!”
