“I remember when my other pharmacy shut down and I was lost on where to go and who would put up with me lol. So I wanted somewhere that was close to my job and home and also open on Saturdays. I called Crestwood and Taylor answered. I gave him all the info and the rest is history. Taylor and his staff are amazing and super friendly. I recommend that you come experience this warm and friendly atmosphere. Taylor and his staff definitely stands on business!!!”
“I have been shopping here for many years. The products are always organized and up to date (you have oopsies here and there) and produce is mostly fresh and convenient. All of the associates that I have talked to are friendly and helpful when you ask questions. That to say, I have one small issue with this store. The customer service department is not friendly. While they do sometimes greet you when you walk in the door or tell you to have a nice day when you’re exiting- it doesn’t seem genuine. People do have their days, I understand- but some are just not friendly in general. I usually get ignored a self-check out or associates are too busy talking to each other when you need help. This store is overall well-kept and associates are very accessible. Thank you for all of your hard work!”

“This is absolutely the best pharmacy I’ve ever been to! The head pharmacist, and owner, Daniel Blair (along with his wife, Kim - it’s a true “mom-and-pop” but whatever the updated term for that is!,) is extremely knowledgeable and will even help you go over the benefits and risks of taking medications - whether they’re something you’re already taking or something you’re just exploring. The other pharmacists and staff are also very competent and unbelievably kind. They make me feel as if they truly care about me. And that is something I have rarely experienced from a business of any kind. Daniel and Kim have even gone out of the way to send me a card that was so incredibly lovely it made me cry when I went through a medical emergency that was very emotionally painful. The location is convenient and in a pretty area - in Weatherly, close to Joe’s Italian. They also have all the usual drugstore items, along with more unique grooming products. They also have locally made jewelry, soaps, decorations, wreaths, and other items in that category. If you’re looking at this, do not hesitate! Make this your pharmacy!”

“I have been having medication compounded for my cat here for about 3 years now, and it has always been a very good experience. The staff here are very friendly and helpful. While I try to make sure I call in prescriptions with 48 hours notice, there have been some times I have misjudged how much medication Claude has left, and the staff have always made sure that we get a refill before he runs out of medicine. I really appreciate this!”

“Good place to go if you have special/rare medications. They will also preorder and maintain stock if your regular prescriptions which most pharmacies won't. It's hit/miss, first come first serve with the corporate pharmacies which ends with you going without your meds. This place won't let that happen which is HUGE for anyone who MUST take medications.”

“I should start by saying I’m not familiar with Winn-Dixie’s in general. I’m only in Alabama for the winter and head back to my camp in upstate N.Y. in the summer. I do most of my shopping for everything at Walmart and we don’t even have Winn-Dixies in NY! I stopped in the other night to pick up a few items after a long day. I accidentally walked off and left my iPhone and wallet in the shopping cart in the parking lot. I didn’t even miss it until I was going to bed that evening. I used my ‘Find My Phone’ app and realized my mistake. My heart sank. Surely someone would have found and taken it by now!Driver’s license and credit cards would need to be replaced and the cash, of course would be gone for good! Not to mention replacing my phone. I already felt lost without it.
When I pulled into the parking lot, the carts were inside as the store was closing soon.
I didn’t hold out much hope, but was presently surprised when I asked if anyone had found it and was told they had it in the office! Everything was as I left it…even the cash was still there. Dee Dee refused to take any $ for her trouble. “It’s just the right thing to do”! I’m sure this story would have a very different ending back in NY!! The longer I’m in Alabama, the more I love it here. Such a refreshing change of pace to find these decent, honest people everywhere! You have a real gem here….but shhhh, don’t tell anyone? Thank you to Dee Dee and the other gentleman whose name escapes me. (if I had any memory bandwidth left, I wouldn’t have left my phone and wallet in the parking lot to begin with!) I hope the good Lord blesses you both and you will definitely be seeing more of me in Winn-Dixie…another gem!”
