“This place has the best staff & is the best for Auto supplies. I went there to buy Oil Stabilizer for my car. And when I went outside to put it in my car, my engine oil filler cap fell inside, somewhere under the hood of my car. It did not land on the ground. Mind you, the weather was scorching hot that day. So I went inside to buy another engine oil filler cap. When I told the staff what happened and that I was gonna have to buy an engine oil filler cap. Victor who works there, saved me time and money. Victor helped look for the engine oil filler cap, and found it for me. I was soo relieved. Victor really helped me. He needs a raise. To go out there in the hot weather to look for it, he definitely needs a raise. No other staff members from other auto places have ever helped me out like that. I trust this store for my auto supplies and help.”

“I went here, on 07/12/2024, because they had previously repaired this rather sentiment gift my wife bought me yrs ago. It is a "dude gift" that is a jump starter, air pump, etc, all in one. I really love it, as I have been able to assist several people with emergency situations since receiving it. Well, again, I had broken one of the jumper cables, making it almost useless to me. I went to them again, asking them to repair it and willing to pay. A guy named "Shadow" told me he'd take a look and that I could check on it later that day or the next day. I picked it up today, as he fixed it again. I offered to pay him something or at least buy him lunch. He wasn't hearing it and told me it was nothing. Folks, it was something to me, as I treasure that little concoction. Lol! Good people still exists, and they can expect lunch on me, at some point soon. Support this place, please!”

“Called for battery and a possible complex install information on my Son's car. 2 competitors said no or high charge for install (My sons car, Lincoln MKZ, calls for professional install as battery is partially hidden under cowling and tricky to get to.) Gentleman on phone at Interstate said they have never had issue with this car type..cmon on by! My son took car in and 20 minutes later, he was headed home with new battery and free install.! Incredible service, helpful and now i am lifetime customer and will refer and recommend highly! We'll done and thank you.”

“Okay, Where to start with this O'Reilly's! My wife and I had a blown fuel injector in the middle of the night in about 20 degree weather. We managed to pull over to the O'Reilly's and had to stick out the night. They don't open until 7 am. The manager Sherry, got in at a very early 6ish and come out on person to check on us. Mind you she is a tiny little thing and was extremely brave just to walk up to us that early still dark. But she had a heart of gold, opened her store up early just for us to try and get some products to temporarily fix our issue and made sure my wife stayed inside out of the cold while I attempted to work the problem out! She then brought me a light to work with and was so kind and compassionate! I don't know what I could do to show my gratitude, but I am a top ranking reviewer for Google and with a 200k following I figured a good start would be to give this genuine and true review of their store, which was very well stocked, clean and warm! I bought a couple products one I used to no avail but another I returned, the cashier Amanda was so helpful and equally as kind as her warm hearted manager. She actually processed my refund while cutting up in a very kind manner multitasking on the phone helping another customer with out skipping a beat! Highly impressive all the way around!”

“Went in to pick up a few parts for my car after a check engine light came on. The store was pretty well organized and it didn’t take long to find what I needed. One of the employees asked if I needed help and actually seemed to know what he was talking about, which I appreciated. Prices felt fair compared to other auto parts stores around here. They didn’t have one specific item in stock, but they offered to order it and explained the timeline clearly. Overall, it was a smooth experience. Not fancy or anything, but it gets the job done and I’d come back again if I need parts in the future.”
