We got our lock and keys and truly it could not have been easier than 1-2-3. So thankful that Mark knew every single answer to every question, since we opted to switch units at the last minute. “I have no problem with the location BUT .....I RENTED A STORAGE UNIT AUGUST 2O25 ITS 50 MO THEN IN DECEMBER IT WENT TO 60 NOW I GET A NOTIFICATION EMAIL TODAY 5 MONTHS LATER AND ITS GOING TO $76 MO SERIOUSLY IT HASN'T BEEN A YR AND RAISED 3 X ALREADY they get you in then continuously raise your rate when you're already there what a total rip off and then say market prices raised yes maybe but I'm already there so that should effect my unit it's a total rip off to customers 3x in 9 months I'd never recommend them based on that alone screwing people over once they're in there so there $1 promotion is just a scam because they gonna raise it when ever they feel like it so you get screwed”

“I went into the store on several occasions to window shop, and get a feel of the services the company provides. After speaking to 3 different associates on different occasions. This particular guy by the name of David I must say he is the reason A unit was sold to me that’s a respectful young man, very mannerable ,has so much patience and explains everything down to the T ! I have referred people to you all because of him he deserves a raise or a higher paying position I have a company I would love him to work for I just don’t believe in stealing good employees I must say to istorage value what you have here . good employees are hard to come by he’s very loyal to the business .”

All storage is indoors with temerature control. Cool in summer and warm in winter. It is very clean and well lit. All lights are motion censored. Standard coded gate and doors allow access at anytime. They have small closet type units 5x2 and huge 20x10 units.
They are located in a central area easy to get to. They provide medium and large dollies, which are accessible anytime. There are multiple floors and they have elevators including a large freight elevator.
Price did not change unexpectedly and we had absolutely no issues. I would highly recommend Morning Star Storage.”
“The reason I decided not to store with public storage was the rotten problems and seeing how the prices will rise extremely high due to your marketing values. However the pleasant experience with Ms. Whitney’s customer service was astounding. The property was well-maintained, however you can tell that the rottens are a problem even with the resources they are provided. When I looked into the unit I was being presented. You can clearly see that it was clean, however the rodents ate through the pellets that was meant for them.”
